Test conduct by – Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)
Eligibility Criteria –
For Junior Research Fellowship – Maximum age limit 28 years as on 01 July 2017.
Age Relaxation will be provided as per the government rules.
Candidates must have master degree or equivalent with scoring 55% from any state or central recognized university. (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates)
Candidates who appearing in final year can also apply for CBSE NET 2017

CBSE UGC NET Examination 2017:
Universities, institutes, IITs and other national organisations can choose JRF award winners for the full-time research work according to the procedure set by them. Eligibility for the JRF and eligibility for both the assistant professor or the assistant professor will depend on the candidate’s performance in all three papers of the net only. However, the candidates who qualify specifically for Assistant Professor will not be considered for the JRF award.
